1. LONG TERM STORAGE (from 1 month storage) in CZ

Pallet storage:

1-4 pallets – 100 euro / pallet / month
5+ pallets – 75 euro / pallet / month

Acceptance of delivery into the warehouse – 20 euro / pallet

Above service includes the counting of the product and proper labeling for fast access and
further shipping. We provide a full documentation of the process including the photo/video while
taking the delivery.

We provide a solution for storage of hemp products such as flowers, kief, seeds and other hemp
derived products. Our storage is located in the Czech Republic, Ostrava region. This location
ensures a fast and reliable delivery in all of Europe.

Products are stored in secure and monitored warehouses with 24/7 security, CCTV and alarms
to make sure they are safe and not accessible by the public.

All products need to have CoA proving to have the THC content of less than 1% of dry mass. If
you don’t have such documentation a fee of 100 euro per strain / kind of product will be added
for our internal analysis.

2. FULFILLMENT and SHIPPING

1-50 parcels a week – 7 euro / packed parcel (incl. packing materials: box, tape etc.)
50+ parcels a week – per request

We provide shipping and fulfillment services for shipping products directly to your customers.
Standard service fee applies up to the box size of 70x50x50 cm 10 kg of flowers inside or
smaller. We ship all over the world. We have a way to safely ship to all countries within the EU
and beyond.

If your product is packed into big 5-10 kg bags and then needs to be distributed in smaller bags
like 0,5 kg or 1 kg then the below fees apply:

Packing into 0,5 – 1 kg bag – 2 euro / bag

Our internal systems are prepared to be connected to your current CRM or any order
management system, we can also offer to make you an account in our system to ensure a
smooth flow of information and orders from your company to our warehouse. The system we
use is BaseLinker (https://base.com/en-GB/home/) – it’s all in one system for order and
warehousing management with extensive API options.

3. IMPORT and EXPORT to/from 3rd countries

We can help you and your company with logistics to and from 3rd countries outside the EU.
Which means we can get your products to the customers all around the world, but also help you
import goods from suppliers beyond the EU and Schengen Area.

We help our customers achieve the best logistics channels with minimum effort from their side.
We do everything from finding the best transport solution to customs clearance in the country of
origin and the final destination. We work with the best people in the logistics industry that have
many years of experience in moving hemp and other kinds of products around the industry such
as disposable vaporizers, batteries, cartridges, pods etc.

We have an extensive network of warehouses and agents around the world in countries such as
the Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, China and the United States.

We can offer the customs clearance for the products that most customs brokers won’t be able to
clear in a timely manner. Our approach to customs clearance is not like any other company in
the industry.

Examples of services we can provide:

● Import of goods from China to EU

We import goods from China to our warehouse in the Czech Republic or/and Netherlands. You
get an invoice from an EU entity, you do not worry about customs, taxes and any other problems
associated with imports from China.

We guarantee that imports from China are not longer than 10 working days, that includes
transport by air and clearance in the EU.

● Export of goods from EU to UK

We can export your product to any address in the UK with safety and precision. We guarantee
fast and reliable customs clearance both in the EU and UK.

We can export to the UK all the products: flowers, kief, hash (pressed kief), vapes, distillates,
isolates and other hemp derived products.

Fees for the mentioned services of import/export are at request and based on the value of the
shipment.

Also we have acquired the organic ecocert certification to extract and supply organic cbd hemp oil in vial or in bulk.

The only limiting point and that ecocert limits us to 15% CBD.

So if the biomass is certified organic, we can release a full spectrum oil certified organic up to 15%.
